1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Reservations and Check-in

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM (14:00) WAT and check-out time is by 11:00 AM (11:00) WAT. Guests must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in.

3. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. NaijaSuites reserves the right to ask guests to leave if their behavior causes disturbance to other guests or damage to property, without a refund.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and the security of your belongings, NaijaSuites is not liable for the loss or damage of personal property within the hotel premises, except where such loss is directly caused by our gross negligence.
